9:00AM Sunday Update

The calendar may say that it's the middle of February, but the weather begs to differ! The big story this week will be the temperatures, which will be characteristic of April.

After spending yesterday and this afternoon in the 50s, temperatures will dip slightly to start off the new week. A series of storms will parade to our north and west, however, which will usher in another sustained round of unseasonably mild air. The storms will also feature a chance of rain for our region. As depicted in the graphic below, the first shot at rain will be Tuesday evening. Not expecting much rain at all with this system - just some showers. There will be a better shot at steadier rain Friday into Saturday.
