New York will see clear conditions on Tuesday as high pressure remains over the region. A storm system will develop across the Great Plains on Tuesday and trek into central Canada on Wednesday. As the storm moves north and eastward, it's trailing cold front will approach us. Clouds look to increase late in the day on Wednesday with milder temperatures. Rain moves in Thursday morning with mild temperatures continuing. Cooler and dry conditions filter in behind the front on Friday and should persist through the weekend. A weak system will likely bring clouds Saturday.

In the longer term, the weather looks to remain mainly dry and warmer than normal through the end of November. No appreciable snowfall is anticipated within the next two weeks.
