Rain developing after 3AM, and continuing throughout the day.
A brief period of sleet or mix is possible before daybreak.

An inch of rain possible.

A chance of snow or sleet before 8AM.
Total snow accumulation of zero to three inches, depending on when the rain to snow transition occurs. Black ice may be a concern Thursday morning.

Temperatures reaching the 40's on Wednesday, then dipping into the teens with a rebound into the 20's on Thursday.
