Brief Overview

8:00AM Friday

As of 8AM, snow has tapered down to flurries.
Total snowfall was difficult to measure due to the drifting. The least corrupt measurement I could find was 7.0"
on top of the car which was pretty wind sheltered… although the overall average on the ground seems to be somewhere around 6.0 inches.

Expect clearing skies this afternoon, with areas of blowing snow. Temperatures don't look to rise above 10 degrees, with wind chills of -5 to -15… welcome to winter.

I'll have a full update on the probable late-weekend storm later this afternoon. I'll also have some comments on the Spring Break outlook since Kingston has just
used its 6th snow day.
