A significant low pressure system will bring warm wet weather to the region on Wednesday.

Look for rain to begin in the early afternoon.
Rain will persist through the night.
Temperatures will rise from a morning low of 37 to a high of 56 shortly before midnight on Wednesday.
Both the high temperature, and the rainfall records for January 30th will be challenged tomorrow.

Forecast high: 56, Record high: 57 (2006)
Forecast rainfall: 1 inch, Record rainfall: 0.66 inches (1966)

Rain ending by daybreak.
An additional half-inch is possible.
Temperatures on Thursday will fall from a midnight high of 54 to the mid 20's by day's end. Temperatures in the lower 40's around noon.

Seasonable temperatures in the 30's will return for the weekend.
