A band of snow moved through the area over the last few hours giving us roughly an inch. So far, snow has not been sticking to roadways, and most are simply wet. Right now we are in a lull. There is a second band of snow over Connecticut that may give us a secondary dose of snow later
tonight, but overall the storm's local impacts have been rather benign.

Any steady snow should taper off by 2AM.
