An off shore nor'easter will bring the first snow of the season tonight.
Snow should begin falling at any time now. The bulk of the snow will likely
fall before 2AM, but snow could linger through the early morning.
Accumulations across the district will likely be around two inches. For now, I
have opted to leave the probabilities unchanged, but will reassess at 9PM.
