9:40PM Update:

Just checked the radar and was surprised to see a batch of precipitation approaching us.

This is associated with a front passing mainly to our south.
We could see some snow showers mainly before 4AM. The National Weather Service is not forecasting any accumulation. This being said, I feel that the radar does look a bit more impressive than they are giving it credit for. While I do not know how much precipitation is actually reaching the ground, opposed to evaporating, I am going to call for up to a quarter of an inch of snow accumulation, and give just a slight chance of a delay tomorrow. We may very well just see flurries.

The weather will be remain pleasant over the next 24 hours.

Clouds will increase Thursday afternoon ahead of the next system. Look for rain to develop after sunset on Thursday, and persist throughout the night. Low temperatures will only make it down to around 34 degrees Thursday night, however, we could still see some wet snow or sleet mixing in… mainly between midnight and 6AM. Even if we do mix with snow, right now it appears that little if any of it should actually stick… especially to roadways.

Rain showers will linger until about noon on Friday.
Current forecast high for Friday: 49 degrees.

It'll be mostly cloudy for the weekend with just a chance of rain or snow showers… mainly on Sunday.
